My first introduction to water came when I was 2 months old.  I was such a water baby that our first family photo was under water.
 Yup.  There I am.
So happy being in the water; it's almost as if I was destined to be a swim instructor.
Growing up in a small town my parents drove me and my sister all over California to swim lessons, swim practice, and swim meets.  Some of my most memorable moments as a child came from those long trips with my family.

Since those days, I've pursued the best swim environment totalling over 10 years teaching.  I've realized that I love working with kids: it's my passion.  For me it doesn't get better than seeing the first time a child realizes they can float on their own; that pure joy is what drives me to make sure every lesson is a possitive exploration in the water.
I previously worked for the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center specializing in the Parent and Infant class and I helped develop the Parent and Infant class curriculum that is currently in place at the RBAC.
I moved to Orange County in 2010 as I was inspired to change from Red Cross teaching plans to a swim school curriculum that focused on using child development to teach toddlers the skills needed to float without assistance.
Marrying the structure of Red Cross swim lessons with the
malleability of swim school curriculum, I create a unique experience that benefits all of my students.
